Great experience at Mowgli. A friend made reservations months in advance as it appears to be a very popular place. Indian food is served in “tapas” sized portions. They recommend two to three orders per person. Being a light eater, I chose two and had plenty. I ate the angry chicken (chicken on cabbage slaw), and the chick peas. Both delicious. We were a party of five and everyone seemed delighted by both the food and the prices. I’ll return again.

Great fish and chips down on Albert Dock. Perfect stop between visiting museums. We sat outside and enjoyed the views. Portions are large and can be shared. We tried both the cod and the haddock – both were good, flaky and tasted fresh. Batter was crisp and not too greasy. Want a fresh latte to go with your chippy?

Named after the Kipling character of the same name, Mowgli isn’t your average Indian curry house. It aims to serve traditional Indian style street food
